We Chose to use the Armourcoat Perlata finish on our stair walls, trim, and ceiling. We wanted to create a monolithic bronze staircase to evoke the glamour of travel in the 1920’s. Perlata is a rich yet elegant finish with a subtle shimmer and directional movement that adds depth to any wall surface. Available in 96 colours, Perlata also boasts an impressive list of technical features including excellent durability, scrub and stain resistance.

For the Bar ceiling we used a rich berry pink veniten plaster to add an elegant old-world charm to the room. The reflectiveness of the finish creates the illusion of a grander space. Venetian plastering (also known as Italian plastering) is the process of applying a marble-like finish to surfaces to give them a luxurious and polished appearance. Venetian plaster imparts a natural look and offers the illusion of texture and patterns, adding to its sophistication and style.

Each of their appliance are constructed to meet Jenn-Air's high standards. A few of Jenn-Air's most notable features can be found in their refrigeration. Jenn-Air's attention to detail extends to both their aesthetic design choices and technology. Some of the Jenn Air-Refrigerators have an obsidian interior that's exclusive to this brand.
